Who we are
SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective date: November 1, 2026 | Last updated: November 1, 2026
ART Corporate Solutions, Inc. and Active Release Techniques, LLC (“ART”) may send SMS text messages to persons that have expressly agreed to receive messages from ART. Messages may include reminders and updates, scheduling or rescheduling information, service-related notifications, responses to requests, and other communications related to ART. Enrollment in ART SMS messaging is OPTIONAL. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, attendance, credentialing or treatment.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize ART and its service providers to send SMS messages to that number. Consent may be provided through a form or by replying JOIN to an ART opt-in invitation. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify ART or opt out.
Message frequency varies based on your activity(ies), scheduled services, requests, and interactions with ART. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages under your mobile service plan. ART is not responsible for carrier charges.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an ART SMS message. After you submit an opt-out request, ART will send a confirmation message and will stop sending further SMS messages to that number, except as permitted or required to confirm and process the request. Opting out of SMS does not prevent ART from contacting you through other channels when authorized or necessary for service-related purposes.
ART handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at activerelease.com/privacy-policy. Your mobile telephone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. ART may, however, share information with vendors that support delivery, administration, security, or compliance of ART SMS messages, subject to appropriate contractual and legal requirements.
ART SMS communications will not be used for affiliate marketing. ART will not knowingly use its SMS program to distribute content prohibited by applicable carrier, industry, or provider rules, including fraudulent or deceptive communications, phishing, unlawful content, hate speech, or other prohibited content.
SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ART does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received, and supported carriers or program features may change.
ART messages may include ART contact information or approved links related to ART products or services. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or health information by text/SMS messaging.
ART may revise these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued enrollment in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
ART may suspend or terminate the SMS program, or a participant’s access to it, at any time when necessary for security, compliance, operational, or business reasons. ART may also discontinue messaging to numbers that appear invalid, inactive, reassigned, or unable to receive messages.
The SMS program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable law and relevant wireless carrier, messaging-provider, and industry requirements. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
