1. What is ART treatment and what does it treat?
ART treatment is a non-invasive system that treats soft-tissue and nerve dysfunction at the source. This hands-on treatment combines provider touch, pressure, and tension with patient movement to pinpoint and treat the origin of the affected area.
ART treatment will reduce employee pain and improve their function.
ART commonly treats:
- Shoulder pain
- Back pain
- Foot pain
- Migraines + headaches
- Sciatic pain
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Hip pain
- Knee pain
- Sprains, strains, + more
2. What do we need to provide for the on-site Elite Provider?
You are not required to provide a specific room type for your on-site ART Elite Provider™ (EP).
The EP brings a treatment table and will need a designated area. That could be an office or even a walk-in closet.
3. Do employees get ART treatment while clocked in?
The majority of our ARTCS clients allow their employees to stay clocked in while receiving ART treatment.
When your employees are getting ART treatment, they are not experiencing a relaxing massage, or taking a nap.
They are experiencing an interactive treatment. Although they will not be in pain, they will recreate their pain for the EP to treat them.
4. Can we trial ART treatment?
Your company can try “ART for a Day” where an EP will come on-site to your facility and treat employees as they would if you were an official client.
Should you decide to participate in ART for a Day, we highly encourage you to include management and leadership staff in the treatment schedule. Everyone can benefit from ART treatment!
5. Will on-site ART treatment create any recordables?
ART treatment is the first and only soft-tissue treatment designated by name as OSHA First Aid so you never have to stress about on-site ART treatment creating a recordable.
This means your workers’ compensation claims and OSHA recordables will decrease along with the pain your employees experience on a day-to-day basis.
Many ARTCS clients use ART treatment as their first line of defense.
ART EPs can work alongside any on-site medical care or telehealth programs.
