The science behind on-site ART treatment
Dr. Jason Pajackowski’s Utilization rates of Active Release Techniques® in the workplace: A descriptive study, discusses the correlation between work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSD) and ART treatment provided in Ontario workplaces.
The findings support ARTCS’s claims of improving employee injuries and the convenience it provides to employers by improving employee morale and productivity and saving valuable company money and time.

My observations as an Elite Provider
As an ART Elite Provide, my observation of companies with an employee wellness program versus not having one at all is significant.
Most employees notice an overall improvement in their health from reduced pain to increased workplace productivity.
Because they feel better, they perform better.
Reducing or fully eliminating short-term or chronic dysfunctions increases overall morale and reduces the fear of worsening their injuries from daily tasks inside and outside the workplace.
This allows employees to save their PTO for enjoyment rather than recovery, decreases employers’ significant compensation claims, and staff turnover.
Because of this, I have noticed more enthusiastic employees who have stated they are grateful the employers put their health first rather than risking further injuries for the sake of production.
With my years of experience as a corrective exercise specialist, personal trainer, and recreational athlete, I can confidently say ART treatment is the most effective and efficient soft tissue modality to treat a multitude of conditions compared to conventional manual therapies.
