Active Release Techniques® (ART®) Account Managers, Katie Beckman and Courtney Jaeger, addressed common questions that some ART Corporate Solutions (ARTCS) clients ask during the onboarding process.

1.  What is ART treatment and what does it treat?

ART treatment is a non-invasive system that treats soft-tissue and nerve dysfunction at the source. This hands-on treatment combines provider touch, pressure, and tension with patient movement to pinpoint and treat the origin of the affected area.

ART treatment will reduce employee pain and improve their function.

ART commonly treats:

  • Shoulder pain
  • Back pain
  • Foot pain
  • Migraines + headaches
  • Sciatic pain
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Hip pain
  • Knee pain
  • Sprains, strains, + more

During the onboarding process, clients have employee education materials available to them including a short video showing an Elite Provider (EP) giving ART treatment to a patient.

2.  Is the program’s cost worth it?

In the beginning, many of our current clients saw the cost of ART On-site Wellness and felt that it would be difficult to make room for in their budget. Once the program started and the number of workers’ compensation claims began to rapidly decrease, the cost savings for the company far outweighed the cost of the program.

It is important to consider the bigger picture since the yearly cost of the ART On-Site Wellness program can even be less than one workers’ compensation claim.

We have many clients who have experienced workers’ compensation cost reductions by two to even three times the cost of the ART On-Site Wellness program.

This program really pays for itself, and it is easy for employers to see an even higher return from it than effort put into it.

3.  Will my employees use this program?

The ARTCS team helps your facility spread the word about ART on-site treatment by providing employee education materials and interest forms.

Word of mouth is also a powerful way your facility will see an increase in employees taking advantage of this program.

When an employee gets word that their coworker’s discomfort was fully resolved with ART treatment, they will want to check it out for themselves.
